FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to get the customer in mind with my pricing, my overhead is low so I’m able to offer materials for the job at a fair price that’s not marked up astronomically. I charge a fair going rate for labor and my time but I don’t feel the need to gouge my customers for my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy taking a personal approach with each customer, I provide an estimate/invoice of services before repairs and make sure you are happy with the finished result before accepting payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent 7 years working in the field as a mechanic for a local residential electrical company. I spent 6 years working in multi family housing where I became EPA certified. I took a multitude of courses and graduated my company’s maintenance program, along with extensive on the job training.
