Introduction: Hi, I'm Cole! I started body building when I was 12 years old under the guidance of my 2 older brothers and it quickly became one of my life's greatest passions. I would go on to work for a former bodybuilder who held a masters in exercise science as my first professional job in this field right after graduating high school. I trained clients while I attended college for Mechanical Engineering which has given me an incredible scientific background for studying exercise physiology and nutrition. After college I took a job working under a doctor of physical therapy with over 40 years of experience, and after enough time working under him, I decided to start my own business. I am also a certified fitness nutrition specialist. Proper nutrition is crucial for any fitness goal, so we spare no expense when taking the time to talk about it. In the beginning, I tell my clients everything they need to know about nutrition, and after that we graduate to analyzing your personal habits and psychology to ensure we're delivering on our nutritional game-plan consistently. My sessions typically consist of strength training, high pace body building, boxing for cardio and assisted stretching at the end, but this can vary depending on the individual clients needs and preferences. I consider weight loss and strength/muscle gain to be particular areas of expertise, however, my extensive and diverse background in this industry has given me the versatility to help anyone achieve their own unique goals in fitness and health. Cole is a great trainer, I really enjoy working out with him. He teaches you the core concepts of fitness and nutrition. Works outs are appropriately geared to what I am able to do and they get progressively more challenging as our sessions go on. He listens well to your needs and is both educational and supportive. Highly recommend him!

Cole has been nothing but a dedicated professional in the months I have worked with him. His entire system is well thought out and just like any good fitness plan has multiple target areas. Not only has he helped me recapture my love for working out but he has taken the time to explain why we're doing what we're doing, and go into great detail to prevent any further injuries to myself. Furthermore, he follows it up with a heavy focus on science and nutrition which for someone like me takes all the guess work out. He is thoughtful, listens well, it is incredibly encouraging while also pushing me to and past my limit. Revamp provides me alternative ways to reach my fitness goals. The owner makes it easier for the client by providing his own gym and love the boxing option as well. Plans develop discipline and motivates one to want to reach your goals.

I was super hesitant about doing personal training, as I'd really let myself go the past few years - and lockdown certainly didn't motivate me to self-improve. I hadn't properly worked out or trained in a very long time but reached a point where I knew I needed someone to help me get healthier and more fit and I couldn't do it alone. Cole has been the perfect trainer for this. He starts by fully understanding you, your goals, and your health history and tailors a routine that will help you achieve those results. I'm four weeks in and already feel such a huge difference not only physically, but mentally, and finally feel inspired to make myself healthier and stronger. Cole is a great motivational trainer and you can truly feel that he is supporting you in achieving success. One of the biggest upsides for me in his training is his emphasis on nutrition. And boxing is hands-down one of the most fun and strenuous cardio workouts ever!
