I offer discounts for extended stays (2 weeks or more) or if you refer another client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a meet and greet at no cost, this includes me coming to the clients home and meeting their animals they will need care for, we will go over their full routine and how you usually care for them.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’m naturally an animal lover, I met the business owner of the company I work for through a mutual friend when she was first beginning the business in 2015, we immediately connected and she knew I was a great fit for her business. Since joining the team in 2015, I have helped her grow our clientele immensely and gained full client retention of each client I have had the opportunity to work with.
