- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard pricing system, as every client has specific budgetary concerns, but I do have a variety of monthly, budget-friendly all-inclusive packages that my clients really appreciate. I am very creative and use the resources available in the industry to keep a clients costs down so we can develop a strong marketing strategy within each clients budgetary guidelines.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call usually works best as a first contact, as we can both communicate verbally and make notes as we discuss the proposed project. I then ask the client a series of targeted questions that help me to uncover how best I can assist them in meeting their business goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have both a graphic design and business management degrees. I have been in working in senior level marketing for over 15 years with specific experience in grassroots, retail, consumer and small business, as well as channel marketing. I have extensive experience in writing relevant and engaging content for both print and digital publication.
