Introduction: One of the greatest qualities about myself is that I am a very motivating trainer with tons of energy and enthusiam! I truly push each of my clients to their fullest capability in a positive and encouraging manner. While I will make each workout intense designed towards one's specific goal, I also make the workouts fun and enjoyable! Throughout my whole life I have been heavily involved with exercising. Whether it's lifting weights, running agility/cone drills, or just playing sports. Exercising gives me a high, makes me more self confident about myself, and drastically improves my quality of life. I have such a strong passion and desire to demonstrate this tactic to others that exercise is truly the new medicine! It is such a satisfying feeling to witness my clients crush each of their goals and actually prove to them the benefits of exercising!

Nick is a great personal trainer! He is very knowledgable about physical training and the science behind it. He is also great at working with you and customizing a program that meets your training needs (he's a good listener). He has a great personality and is able to encourage you to achieve your personal fitness goals. We highly recommend Nick!

Nick provides an innovative and challenging workout each time we meet; adhering and focusing on agreed upon goals. Training with him has allowed my strength and endurance to increase, all while feeling improved health. He's a motivator and pushes the limits, yet open to feedback. Highly recommend.
