FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on fairness and giving our customers more than they expect. We find that cleanings that are over-priced or under-priced do not last a long time. If it is over-priced, the customer eventually finds a lower priced provider. If it is under-priced, the cleaner eventually starts doing a poor job and the customer cancels their service. We want permanent long-term customers. In most cases, we typically see approx. $30/hr range for most house cleanings but all cleaners work at different speeds so we price almost all our regular recurring cleanings by the job, not by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For our recurring customers (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly) customers, we meet with them at their residence, they give us a tour, tell us exactly what they want, we tell them how our service works and we provide a quote. Should they wish to proceed, we set them up in our regular schedule. Same cleaning, same day, same time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company has two full time scheduling managers who make all the customer's cleanings fit with our cleaner's schedules. Quite often we can make last-minute cleanings work but the more notice, the better.
