Introduction: I am a Certified Advanced Personal Trainer and Group Fitness and Bootcamp instructor. I am also CPR and AED certified, and I am licensed and insured. I have knowledge and experience in traing ages 15 yrs and up. My training is a mixture of modern cardiovascular exercise such as HIIT, crossfit techniques, and resistance training. My goal is to produce the maximum amount of results and create an overall stronger and healthier lifestyle for my clients. The most important thing to me is to help my clients understand the amount of strength they have both physically and mentally, and help them reach their goals successfully. Strength starts from within. I got into the health and fitness field when I was 15 years old, and to this day I still have the love and passion for it as I did then. Over the years I have helped my clients not only with weight loss, but also insecurities, body image, lack of self confidence, and depression. It's so rewarding to me to be able to see the transformation in my clients and to see them gain a new outlook on life.

As a bonus, it’s an outdoor class, no stuffy gym! No boredom either....she provides obstacle courses, battle ropes, and medicine balls. Expect to be sore, but that just means it’s working! Sasha is an amazing trainer! Her technique is unique and very much on point. She makes things fun and at the same time very professional. I’ve trained with other people and she definitely doesn’t make exercising seem like a drag. She’s very knowledgeable and knows exactly what to do to target areas of difficulty for every individuals needs. She’s so motivational I’m very happy with her as my trainer!!
