- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tuition payments can be made using any major credit or debit card. Tuition is paid every four weeks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The free New Student Orientation typically takes about 45 minutes. During this time we enter the family information into the computer and set up the user account and password for the free student app. We will ask questions about your musical tastes and personal music goals. Based on your responses we will then select a teacher, day, and time. At the first lesson the teacher will create a customized course of study for the student.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our instructors are college educated in the instruments they teach. Additionally, they have performance backgrounds, enabling them to explain WHY what they are learning is important, and HOW it is used in real life.
