- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide the best value for your investment. Quoted fees are for the scope of services outlined in the proposal. Projects of $100 or less require 60% payment up front with balance due on delivery. Consulting and Design projects require 25% of the invoice paid upfront. The balance of the invoice is due upon delivery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by listening to my clients to determine their needs, set expectations and create a timeline. Once we have established the objectives, cost and deadline, I work to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget. Clients are encouraged to provide feedback throughout the process in order to guarantee their satisfaction. Design Projects are delivered with completed projects and source files. All work is legally compliant to ensure obedience to all applicable Federal and State laws, and that copyright, and trademark protection is available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 28 years of experience in marketing, consulting and design with over 18 years of experience online. I continuously improve my skills through ongoing education. Additionally, I have a background in Professional Writing and Journalism through St Mary of the Woods College. Webdesign: Wordpress, WooCommerce, Google analytics CRM Email Marketing: Infusionsoft, Mailchimp, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising Graphics, Layout and Design: Adobe- Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
