At first, I just went to try a cpl classes/sessions and figured it was just another “gym”. I quickly came to realize how attentive and personalized Anthony and his team are. Anthony, is devoted to many aspects of helping myself and his other clients. Not only does he help reach your goals and set new ones with his expertise and many years in the industry. He also listens, and has become more like family. Needless to say, I always look forward to my next sessions and classes with people who truly and genuinely care about your health and well-being.
