- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial established fee is for our professional design services, sketches, drawings, ideas, concepts, images, samples, etc. After the client has approved the design & budget, we will give the client a "Purchasing Proposal" in order to move to the next phase, which is purchasing, warehousing, delivery & installing all approved items.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to conduct a site visit to discuss and learn about all the design needs and wants.

Edwin Ambert, RDI, Allied ASID Interior Designer Edwin has over 20 years experience in the interior design field ranging from residential, hospitality to corporate. Project locations range from the U.S., Canada, South America, the Caribbean and Europe.
