They had an amazing display at the Treasure Coast Business Summit. The coffee and treats were delicious and the staff was helpful, friendly and very professional.

I worked at a venue and saw a variety of caterers come through, but Di'Michelli's Catering always stood out to me. Their menu selection, quality of food, food presentation and wait staff professionalism is second to none. I liked them so much, that I chose to hire them for my wedding. The food was phenomenal and EVERYBODY commented on how delicious the meat was. If I had to hire a caterer for another event, I would definitely use them!

I had the pleasure of using DiMichelli's Catering for 4 ( could be 5 or more)...I may have lost count, since Juliann and DiMichelli's is the only catering service I use! The food and service are fantastic! For my daughter's wedding, Juliann was more than just the caterer. She did so many things for us, as we did not have a wedding planner. I say...why would you go anywhere else, when you know the food and service will be great, and Juliann's expertise in so many areas makes entertaining sooo easy!! Thanks Juliann and DiMichelli's!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard menus are available with standard pricing. We realize that picking out a menu can be extremely overwhelming to the customer, so we try to take the guess work out for them. We can customize and create a menu that will fit the budget and or theme for each individual client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically meet with clients so that they can get a comfort level with our company and ownership. We provide tastings as well as site tours at the clients request to help them lay out their event. Contracts can be done with the client or they can be sent by email for signature and deposit. Once a deposit is received that client is placed on the calendar and we take as much time as they request to answer any questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been lucky enough to grow up in a home where food was #1 priority. I learned how to cook at a very young age. I have been blessed with a Johnson Wales chef who has trained me and stood by my side for the past 13 years in this business.
