- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard menus are available with standard pricing. We realize that picking out a menu can be extremely overwhelming to the customer, so we try to take the guess work out for them. We can customize and create a menu that will fit the budget and or theme for each individual client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically meet with clients so that they can get a comfort level with our company and ownership. We provide tastings as well as site tours at the clients request to help them lay out their event. Contracts can be done with the client or they can be sent by email for signature and deposit. Once a deposit is received that client is placed on the calendar and we take as much time as they request to answer any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been lucky enough to grow up in a home where food was #1 priority. I learned how to cook at a very young age. I have been blessed with a Johnson Wales chef who has trained me and stood by my side for the past 13 years in this business.
