- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually look at what style you want plus the amount of guest attending. most 9f the time my initial price isnt fixed in stone. I like to sit down and talk to you as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself. And tell you what im good at. From there I would like to sit down and talk to you. like a consultation. But I feel there is no need to charge people for that. From there I set up a menu for the event or ask what you need. Lastly I do the cooking and you enjoy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Stratford University in baltimore studing in culinary arts. I also have my Servsafe certification as well.
