- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep it as affordable as possible. I have a standard price for my services that I adjust to needs. Price never is a factor in quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first question I ask a couple is "How did you meet?" I like to make a connection with the couple. I find their love story to be essential to who they are. The more I get to know a couple, the more meaningful the ceremony is. I am able to give you just what you are looking for if I understand you better as people versus just being clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been event planning for 5 years. I have planned fundraisers, private events, corporate events, parties, and of course weddings! I was trained by Darren Vega of ESPN radio on coordination, business solutions, and client relationships.
