- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is dependent on several variables, such as square footage of the building, the surfaces to be cleaned and the substances that we are removing (mold and mildew are standard, but substances such as oil and rust may increase the price). We also have rotating promotions and discounts, including a 10% military discount that we honor year-round, so it's important to be sure to provide us with as much information as possible to ensure we give you the best deal possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Northwest Florida Pressure Washing provides the customer with either an in-person estimate or an instant bid, based on the detail included on the customer's bid request. Once the bid is accepted, owner Pete Chappell will schedule a date/time to come perform the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owners Pete and Alea Chappell owned a successful house painting and pressure washing business in Austin, TX for 2 years before moving to Fort Walton Beach, FL. Prior to that, Pete performed painting and pressure washing services as an independent contractor for a local Austin company for 5 years. When they moved to Florida in July 2015, they decided to focus on pressure washing full time and have been building their business ever since.
