This was my first experience using thumbtack, we hired Brian 2 weeks ago and he was supposed to have been at my home around 9 am to install my tile on the 18th . My husband had to reach out to Brian after he didn't call or text us as to why he wasn't at our home yet as planned. He texted back to say he couldn't make it until Saturday due to another job he was working on taking longer than he anticipated . We were very unhappy since the night before we had ripped out the carpet in the kitchen to help make his job the next day go smoother and faster ! Plus we had company scheduled this weekend and our plans can't be changed . Now we have a mess in our kitchen ( no tile ) and guest coming ! I can't recommend this person due to cancelling his appointment with us and for his unprofessional behavior in not informing us until the last minute that he wasn't coming . Very disappointed in this site and this installer Brian . After texting him again he gave multiple excuses as to why he overlooked us and advised us to feel free to hire someone else ! Guess he didn't care about his work ethic or the review I'm writing !

I have never used this service before and was a little nervous. Brian was awesome! He made a suggestion on grout color that really made our tile look so much better. He was always on time and his rates are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Brian.
