- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing system depends on type of shoot, how many people in shoot, additional fee for any mileage over 30 miles. Prints are not included in session prices. Partially edited CD of all images included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First interaction is getting to know clients needs and wants by asking certain questions. Go over pricing for session, when they can expect to review or receive CD with all images saved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had several online classes which included Photoshop, Lightroom, using off camera flash. Have take many workshops dealing with photography.
