- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our travel services are market competitive. There are no service charges or hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Qualifying. A data sheet will be compiled based on discussing with the client their travel needs and budget. Our advisors will then make travel suggestions to the client. Ultimately, we want to create an unforgettable travel experience that the client will never forget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nancy is a graduate of McConnel School of Travel, Minneapolis, MN. She has worked both as an airline reservationist and travel agent for over twenty years. Dan is a graduate of Purdue Unversity and brings a wealth of customer service expertise having worked management in the service industry for well over twenty years.
