Introduction: I will custom design a comprehensive workout program for you or your group to help you reach your goals. I specialize in HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts, body weight, endurance, balance and mobility training. I'm in a private studio so each session is personal/intimate for each individual; however small group and online training packages are available too. I take a lot of pride in helping people feel comfortable in their journey to be more active and I do not approach personal training with a "drill sergeant" mentality. I will push you mentally and physically and help to hold you accountable, and give you some guidance with nutrition to get you on the right path to physical and mental wellness. I want you to be the best version of YOU! I love to help people feel good about themselves in whatever aspect that may be. Being a personal trainer is rewarding for me because I know the value of self confidence. Shelby was amazing! We worked out twice a week. She showed me how to effectively work out with out fancy equipment and a gym. When my son was home from school she came to my house for the workouts. It was so much fun my 7 year old would join in every once in a while. she worked with me on my form so I wouldn't injure myself and showed me some really good at home work outs which are great for stay at home moms that can't go to the gym every day. I would say my overall experience was awesome! Shelby makes the work out fun and really motivates you to do more and push yourself. I started out being able to do 2 push ups and after 5 weeks can do 13! I would recommend her to anyone!

Shelby's love for fitness and desire to make others healthy and comfortable in their own skin radiates through her work. She rearranged her schedule to accommodate my busy schedule, wrote new workouts regularly keeping things fresh and fun, and sent meal planning tips, tricks, and technique to inspire me. The results speak for themselves, and I couldn't be more pleased with my investment in myself with Shelby's help and motivation.

I loved my experience training with Shelby at Mindful Mule! She pushes you while making you feel great about yourself. She knows just how much of a challenge you need and you WILL get results. I would definitely recommend her as a trainer to anyone at any fitness level. I am very pleased with my results in such a short time!
