- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most repairs can be completed in 1-2 hours. I charge $85 per hour. Some repairs may take longer depending on the severity of the problem. I will always give the customer a good estimate if the problem is severe.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will typically set an appointment about a week out from the time of the request. I will then contact the customer the day before the appointment as a reminder and with a time frame of when to expect me. Most requests can be done on my first visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
