- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do all my pricing by the weight of the animal. And I do not charge tax yet not till I have a legitimate business going.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting all essential information that is need. Like how much the animal weighs, is it up to date on all shots, what kind of cut are we looking for, do we need specific shampoos, do you want me to call when I'm done or will you be picking them up at a certain time, also I will ask for name and phone number so I may have it on fill.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a years worth of training with my mother-in-law and grooming that I have done on the side. I'm also trying to enroll in the ABC animal college.
