I scheduled an appointment with them at 12:30 but they never showed up. When I texted them about the appointment on the same day they were really rude to me. They are not customer service oriented and I question their quality of service. Next time you need to say that you will not adhere to an appointed time unless you talk to someone on the phone before you come out. When you did call you would have gotten a busy signal so you would have known I was home. I'm finished with this. We are very sorry that you feel this way. Mam we called you on 3 different occasions. You chose to not answer or call us back. We tried and tried to get ahold of you even through texting. We Are are very customer oriented in every way possible and our reviews provide plenty of evidence on this matter. We explained in detail when you called that you must answer the phone or reply in a timely manner or we would need to reschedule at a time that you would be available and you agreed and understood this over the phone. I'm sorry that your schedule did not agree with the appointment that was discussed.

Troy was incredible! Quickly responded to my request and communicated on availability and opportune work times flexible with my schedule. He texted on the way and showed up right on time. Very important to me as I was on a tight schedule with work. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and repaired my outdoor hose bib/faucet. Capable, friendly, and professional and value conscious. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?It's extremely hard to price something blind in the industry that I'm in. Seeing the job 1st is the only way to get a full quote the other is just a estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I personally come out and meet with all my customers. I like to thoroughly explain the work that I am there to see that way my customers know exactly what I'm doing so there is no confusion we want our customers to feel they have chosen the correct guy for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've been working in the business for 7 years. I have a Comercial background so quality and safety is my huge focus.
