- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always provide a very high quality service, labor and tech support to my customers. First we start with a quote for a diagnose or advise for a very affordable price and we move on from there; giving the customer options to choose from and always working with their budget and time span to complete the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact is very important for me. My customers are people, not just customers. I'm very interested in knowing them at a personal level starting with their names and where they live, what type of interest they have, visions, goals and projects.
