- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, but due to the free-market practices and principles that thumbtack offers businesses and customers, Pricing for jobs are based on the demand and are very competitive. It is a good thing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contact has been made, I seek as much information from the customer as possible concerning the issue at hand. I let them present to me their needs, wants and concerns. Once that information has been received, any information that has not yet been provided will be asked for, such as informing the customer of current solutions, a time and date that is convenient to analyze the situation or work to be done and reassure that everything will be done in a manner that will be at their benefit as a very valuable customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is a spectrum obtained from personal experience, university and work. Many years have done for others repairing, helping teach them in certain areas of tech support and basic software as well as learning how to build a foundation for customer solutions and relations that cannot be uniform to the majority of businesses currently in the market.
