I can't say enough to reflect how pleased we have been with Prodigy Code! I have owned one business for 11 years and another business for 6 years. I have worked with 2 website developers in the past. Both of these experiences provided a web presence, but didn't provide the follow through I needed for daily business to operate smoothly without multiple requests. What Nathan and his crew have done is listen to my needs, provided the brainstorming for me to think outside of the box, partner with me to help me reach the next levels of my business with a web presence and learning platform for continuing education, and support in working through the new processes of the platform. More than any of the services they have provided, what I appreciate most is the INTEGRITY, CHARACTER, and HONESTY of Nathan and his staff. When a business card didn't turn out quite right, Nathan made sure to work with the printing company to resolve the problem. When we are working on a project, I know up front what is expected of me, all of the options I can consider, what they will follow through on, and they keep me up to date with any surprises that pop up along the way. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Prodigy Code, we have fixed bid packages whether you are starting out, complete redesign or just want to improve on your digital presence. Our payment structure is flexible so that you don't have to invest all of your capital all up front. Our process starts with a 50% down payment, 25% progress payment and 25% deployment payment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We put a face to the name, Prodigy Code. We do our best to accommodate our clients and meet with them face to face. Our goal is to gather project requirements and get a clear understanding of their needs and wants without getting to geeky! Once we gather requirements, then we analyze those to provide a plan and a line by line item quote so that the client can understand exactly what they are getting. Moving forward, we develop a product involving the client every step of the way and won't deploy the product until we have complete client satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prodigy Code has a combined 10+ years of experience in the digital marketing realm and development space. We have worked for multiple digital agencies, small and large, and consulted many clients along the way.
