I was given the most professional and courteous service possible from every representative of the company. Everyone treated me like gold, and I felt like they were family. I'm positive that contracting the services of Trinity Custom was one of the best and easiest transactions of my life. They worked with my insurance, from beginning to end, to ensure I was awarded every dollar I deserve. When it was over, I ended up with an amazing upgraded roof, new gutters, a brand new hvac(in & out), some basic carpentry, and some minor paint work. The quality of work was spectacular. Now my home looks amazing, and it's more energy efficent. I consider my home my most important asset, and I wholeheartedly trust Trinity Custom to do any/every project that comes up for the rest of my life.

I just want my neighbors to know how happy I am with Trinity Custom Roofing & General Contractors, and I hope this review helps my neighbors, because reading previous reviews really helped me to make the best decision. I was waiting till all work was completed to do a full review. Then, of course, life got in the way. Thus, my review is a little overdue. So my apologies. Anyway, Trinity Custom Roofing & General Contractors did a wonderful job on my roof. They were very considerate about my dog situation and the need to access the backyard. So, they scheduled a large team and finished my roof in one day, and it looks beautiful! Also, they do free upgrades, so you can get the 3D architectural shingles at not extra cost, and they look so much better! 😍 One of my favorite things about Trinity Custom Roofing & General Contractors is that their workers were always so well mannered and respectful, and that meant a lot to me, because after most my adjacent neighbors had their roofs done, I was very apprehensive about what type of people would be at my home, after having to endure cat calls, and listening to cussing, all day, when my neighbor’s roofers were on their roofs. However, my experience with Trinity was completely different. I was never made to feel uncomfortable, and everyone was super nice. The gutter guy, that replaced our gutters, was the nicest man I’ve ever met and did a beautiful job on our gutters. They look awesome! I was so pleased. All the work done was impeccable. I could just go on and on. I’m just so thankful. Additionally, Dale Colvin, with Trinity Custom Roofing & General Contractors, was able to get both our AC units replaced, and it was completely covered by insurance. So, that was a big yay for us!🎉🍾🥂 As you can imagine I couldn’t be more thrilled with all that Dale Colvin did for our family. Dale is so nice, and we always felt comfortable with him in our home. Dale was diligently out supervising all the work done, and making sure we were completely satisfied. Trinity Custom Roofing & General Contractors greatly exceeded my expectations. I just couldn’t be happier with my decision. In closing, I’d like to mention that there’s a great deal, I didn’t know about a hail damage assessment. Particularly regarding the damage that can occur to AC units. What most people don’t realize is that hail causes coil damage and that breaks your AC, and that is covered by most insurance policies. I now realize that the biggest mistake homeowners make when accessing hail or storm damage is to contact a roofing company, that only does roofing, and not a general contractor, who also does roofing. Let me explain why. When you call out a business, who just does roofing, all they care about is your roof. However, I was fortunate enough not to make that mistake, because I happened upon, Trinity Custom Roofing & General Contractors, while researching reviews on NextDoor, and I’m very happy I did, because they covered ALL the damage to my house, and fought the insurance company for the pay out. Trinity has a comprehensive legal team, and they really fought for me to get all I deserved from the insurance company. Best of all, it didn’t cost me a dime. Needless to say, the storm damage was extensive, and Trinity’s inspection was thorough. I had everything from gutters to landscape lighting replaced, including a new roof, but most importantly I had my two, unit AC system replaced, inside and out, and it was completely covered by the insurance company. Dale Colvin with Trinity Custom Roofing & General Contractors has an expert team that ensures homeowners get everything they deserve from their insurance companies. So, if you have coil damage, that will break your AC, and if that’s determined to be caused be hail, it should be covered by most insurance policies. Anyway, my advice is to never, ever just call a roofer to access hail damage on your property. Always call a reputable company that handles it all for you, because I didn’t have to do a thing. I just called Dale Colvin and that was it. They even offered to bring over temporary AC units during the claim process. Trinity Custom worked with my insurance company, and found another $2,200+ that was missed by the adjuster. We would have never know. First time ever dealing with a hail storm, and getting a roof replaced. Only took a day, and quick clean up. Will definitely use them for future projects. If you are looking for quality at a great price, STOP! You have found it! Call them now and ask for Dale Colvin.
