What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We look forward to scheduling a consultation over the phone where we discuss your business needs and goals. From there we briefly discuss what we need from you in order to help you achieve those goals and then determine our plan of action.

Diploma in Online Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Photography
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed seeing businesses succeed and being able to come up with creative ways to create brand awareness for the companies I worked for. When I began working with the school paper in High School I realized that I enjoyed creating ads for the local business. From there I continued to grow and have partnered with others who share common interests to create a great team and resources to help those around us.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all sorts of businesses, from Insurance Agents, Authors, School Board Members and more. I can work with individuals or companies. Depending on your needs, we have a variety of services to help.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I've been working with two individuals to campaign for re-election to School Board. I've really enjoyed working with them to come up with signage, ads, social media and websites. This project is ongoing and will last a couple of months, but I love being able to see them accomplish their goals.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that you aren't doing marketing that is not beneficial to your business. What works for one company may not work for you. It's great to be able to look at statistics that will help determine the most effective plan of action.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What marketing are you currently doing? How is it working for you? What are you trying to accomplish? What ideas do you already have? Know that just because something worked for one company, it doesn't mean it will work for yours. Be willing to listen, patient and open to change.
