- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Industry standard is 6% commission with 3% going to the buyers agent and 3% going to the sellers agent. This is normally paid out of the Sellers side of the transaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first meeting is to get to know each other and to let me find out exactly what your looking to do in regards to either purchasing or selling your home. It is also a time to set expectations. I like to explain the entire process to my clients to avoid any surprises down the road. At this meeting I give you an awful lot of information that can sometimes feel overwhelming. Do not feel like you have to memorize everything I say. You don't have to because I already have and my job is to protect you to best of my ability in the transaction. We then move forward in either getting your home on the market to sell or we start the home searching process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a state licensed Realtor with years of experience. I continue my education my taking additional real estate courses to maintain my license.
