- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I do have a base price that I set at the beginning of every consultation. Complexity, amount of product needed, amount of time it will take, length and thickness of hair will all be considered in final pricing quote. All pricing will be discussed and set during the consultation so that no issues occur at end of appointment. Price will not change in any way without the clients knowledge and consent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation is the number 1 MOST important aspect of the entire service. If any miscommunication takes place during the consultation, there will almost always be a disappointed outcome. Anytime I have the honor of meeting a new client, my first priority is to conduct a successful consultation. This is effectively done through pictures and repetition of what the client is wanting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dry Bar training in blowouts and updos. Education training for Keratin Complex Smoothing Treatment. Education training for Olaplex and B3 bond building treatments. Advanced education for Toni & Guy through their cutting, and coloring courses.
