I can't praise the owner and his employees enough. My upstairs central a.c. unit died last August. I called other companies. Several had wait lists for an estimate. We were living downstairs because of the heat. I contacted Jun. No waiting games. He came out that day and gave me an honest opinion about my rusted system and a reasonable estimate on the replacement. The next morning (8 AM) he and several technicians we at my home ready to work. They pit down protective floor coverings from the attic stairs all the way to my front door. The rusted contractor installed unit was dismantled and removed. The outside condenser needed to be replaced due to revisions to freon since my home's construction. The copper tubing connecting the units in the attic and outside was tested and purged. Some a.c. contractors i suspect will claim that needs to replaced to pad the bill. JMJ doesn't do that. Very honest. My wife is leery of having men in our home. She was totally comfortable with the crew from this company. This house had issues with the venting. Other a.c. contractors have been here previously. None were willing to address these ventilation issues. JMJ did, at no extra charge. All upstairs bedrooms now get cold air. JMJ also replaced an old school dial style temperature control downstairs for an updated digital model. My electric bill has steeply gone down due to a new properly installed and vented system. JMJ returned the day after installing the system to check on it. I truly can't recommend JMJ enough. Prompt. Considerate. Honest. Quality workmanship. Customer service and attention to detail. Other contractors wanted to charge me for an estimate after waiting a few days. Really? Just call JMJ. Honesty with NO GAMES.

Even though it was August, with temps over 100, they showed up within 24 hours, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and gave me a couple of options to fix our problem. They worked diligently and proficiently, and were professional.
