- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I run discounts all the time. Discounts for referrals, and recurring services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know their needs but also getting to know them. I give them background information on me and let them know I am a deep cleaner not a surface cleaner. The first clean is longer because I moved things to clean under, around and even the item if it requires cleaning. I aim to take the stress away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is in Criminal justice and psychology but I've been cleaning commercial properties on the side since I was 16.
