- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a service call fee if all I have to do is come out there and look at it and it’s an easy fix. It I have to fix something on the appliances I wave service call fee and charge you labor and part only.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I go to LG training every year.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this as a little boy working with my grandpa. He taught me all I need to know about appliances.
