My pricing is very flexible. Every project is different and should be treated as such.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I appreciate that we are all busy, however I prefer to rely on phone conversations to set the deal up, backed up in writing using text or email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the customer service business my whole life. I understand what it takes to make people happy and go the extra mile to do so. Unhappy customers are not something I am familiar with. All situations have a solution.
