- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as a camper 2 years ago and Cg has helped me change my lifestyle into a healthier, happier, stronger me! Now, I am in the process of becoming a trainer to share my passion with helping others and affect the lives of as many people as possible!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Everyone needs accountability! Which is what the Cg community provides. Look for someone who will push you during sessions and be a shoulder to lean on even when not during sessions.
