- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We offer flat rate pricing, everyone pays the same price for the same work regardless of who they are, where they live, and which technician does the work, or how long it takes them to complete the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once we are contacted schedule with the client in a timely manner. We aim to get customers the service they need quickly, and efficiently while still providing top quality personalized service. Once we have scheduled with a client we will call thirty minutes prior to arrival to allow for the client to be prepared. After work is completed we collect payments in the form of check, credit card or cash.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I Have over 10 years experience in the field. I started out as a helper running parts and material, quickly moved to install technician and shortly there after became lead install technician. From there became a maintenance tech, then up to service technician and comfort adviser. After 5 years in the field I became a licensed contractor and have spent years as a service manager for a very large corporation. All of this experience has helped me to understand the business from all angles, allowing me to provide big company knowledge with personalized service and competitive pricing.
