- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will work with our customers on any add on's. Our pricing for add on's vary depending on how extreme.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: To go and meet with the new customer prior to cleaning day. As well as meeting any pets so that way if the customer is not home on day of cleaning the animal are comfortable with us being in their home. Step 2: Go over our plan of action and make sure the customer is comfortable with it. Step 3: We prefer that new customers look over the cleaning and that way if they feel there is something we should do better next time we can go over it and correct it at that time. That way we know exactly the customer is looking for in a clean since each person is different and may want us to change how we do things in their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I, Cassie have been cleaning houses since I was 16 for friends and family. I have learned a lot over the years. I was also trained by other house cleaners over the last 14 years.
