Associate's degree in Culinary Arts (degree completion in 2000) and over 20 years of multifaceted experience in the industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My culinary experience spans over 20 years in the industry, from working in luxury hotels, resorts, NASCAR catering, corporate catering and culinary education. We decided to focus on a food truck concept as a family business to give our passion the mobility that clients are looking for.
