Love this food truck! The staff are extremely friendly and have a great energy. I've tried just about every sausage they have and you can't go wrong with any of them! My favorites are the is the beef Ooh Mami and the chicken fried chicken! I love introducing people to the food truck and watching them become fans after taking just their first bite!

The guys are funny and friendly, along with prompt service. The food is made to order, which ensures a freshly prepared product each and every time. The flavor combinations are genius. You will still be craving it long after it’s gone. So, do yourself a favor...eat as much as you can, as often as you can!

Absolutely delicious! I've tried all their signature sausages and what I love, in addition to the way they taste, is the use of quality ingredients with no fillers and preservatives. These aren't your typical sausage that you douse with ketchup & mustard. We're talking hand crafted small batch with toppings/accompaniments carefully selected to enhance the whole experience. I love how cheerful these guys are and how fast they're able to turn around an order. Definitely going back for more.

Associate's degree in Culinary Arts (degree completion in 2000) and over 20 years of multifaceted experience in the industry.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My culinary experience spans over 20 years in the industry, from working in luxury hotels, resorts, NASCAR catering, corporate catering and culinary education. We decided to focus on a food truck concept as a family business to give our passion the mobility that clients are looking for.
