Experience & Current Responsibilities:
Complete buy out schedule, Sub Contract Procurement, Coordinate with all owners consultants preparing all General Provisions, Special Provisions and Division One documents. Including baseline schedule in Microsoft Project format, manpower loaded and resource loaded. Three week outlook schedule. Assemble and maintain all RFI, RFP, MSDS and Submittal logs. Prepare and submit for approval G-702 & 703 for application for payments, all release of liens for both contractors and suppliers. QC program, weekly progress meeting minutes for owners.

I've known Bob Blackwelder for over 3 years now and I have witnessed all of his work. All of his projects have been successful and his customers seem very pleased. These guys are amazing ! Came and set up our new dog kennels at the shelter that I manage. Called at 5pm on a Wednesday and they started the job at 9am the following day. They're Heaven Sent!
