I was referred to them by a friend who said they could help me with my IRS issues. My tax situation was complex to point that I owed the IRS $9,047 from the previous year. The IRS was sending me garnishment letters and I dread going back to the person who had did my taxes previously not to mention I had a hard time getting in contact with them to answer my questions. I gave Synergy Tax Pros a call and they explained to me how they were former IRS employees and now Enrolled Agents working for themselves. The process was simple and easy and I was happy to learn that the person who did my taxes last year made a major mistake. Synergy Tax Pros was able to Amend my 2015 tax return and get me a refund of $1,413. You have no clue how I feel knowing I don’t owe the IRS $9k. I appreciate the fast turnaround and their expertise. The cost was reasonable and within my budget but who cares when you have the IRS wanting to garnish your wages…I’ve learned a valuable lesson you pay for what you get and going forward I will get served by a Synergy Tax Professional any day.

I have been Tasha's client for 8 years and this year, I was the first to test out the new Synergy Link. The link makes the filing process so convenient. Instead of faxing all my paper work, all I had to do was create a personal profile and upload all my paper work! The personal profile also keeps lines of communication open between you and your tax preparer.

We have file our taxes with Tasha from day one. The service is very professional, accurate and well manage. I like that she takes the time to do things right. My only concern was sending documents through the internet, but she went further and have a system for it that gave us the confidence need it. We offer discount to first time clients. A simple return with one w-2 is $99. All other 1040 returns fee start at $199. Business returns start at $299. Free services for students at home when parent gets taxes done and we offer military and senior citizen discounts and special offers...
