Introduction: I have been a photographer for 14 years. I have learned allot in that time. I know how to frame a photo, what to include and what not to be in a good picture. I run all my photos through a photo editing program to make sure the quality is as good as can be. I do as much as I can to make my clients happy. I am very dependable and easy to work with. I really enjoy seeing the beauty all around me. I enjoy taking photos. I enjoy technology. I am amazed what cameras and computer programs can do. It is fun.

A home that we may decide to purchase to begin making memories that we will cherish forever. This is exactly what Steve does for Darryl Simmons-Keller Williams. He takes each of our buyers on a unique tour that captures every detail of the house they are considering buying. The photos are of top quality as they capture the personality of each home that Darryl lists. His turn around is immediate, his pricing is extremely reasonable, he’s always available for retakes and quickly makes any adjustments we request. Darryl would not consider using another professional photographer for his real estate photos. Steve is by far one of the best photographers in the front range area. Give him a try, we know you won’t be disappointed.

Steve was fun to work with. He was also flexible and accomadating me in changing my times.The picture are amazing and awesome.Make my place look very inviting.!!! Will hire him again if need be !! His prize is also fair and paying someone more, I am sure ,would not have made pictures better..they are excellent and lots of them to choose from..different lighting too. You will not be dissapointed..!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard price is $75 per listing. That includes as many photos as it takes to show all the beauty of your property. I also have my FAA drone license, and I charge $25 per aerial photo.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make sure of what the client wants and especially does NOT want. When the client needs it done. And any other special needs before I start.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been taking photos, Professionally, as a living for 14 years. I am constantly learning new techniques, and lighting, and computer programs, to help me improve. I have an FAA drone License.
