FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The standard carpet cleaning 'Hot steam extraction' process I provide is all inclusive & consists of a multiple step, proven system: 1: pre-vacuum (if needed) we recommend vacuuming at least once a week depending on the traffic in your home. 2: pre-conditioner is applied to lift & suspend soils for hot extraction 3: agitation of pre-conditioner & a few moments of dwell time. 4: Hot steam extraction using a "State of the Art" $65,000 truck mounted Unit that is parked outside your door. All I bring in your home is the hoses/pipes & hand held tools for the job. 5: Spot cleaning (If needed) if any troubled stains are still visible after the extraction process, special attention is needed with powerful spot cleaning solutions. 6: neutralizing rinse (this insures that the carpet/upholstery is left softer, brighter, as well as smelling fresh & clean without any "crunchy residue". 7: Customer satisfaction inspection. I won't be finished without the customer checking out the cleaning I've provided to make sure nothing was missed & you are 100% satisfied. 8: You are given a pair of shoe covers "booties" so you have no worries till the carpet is fully dry. Also a gift of a bottle of 'Spot Out' spot cleaner is given to all customers for those spills in between cleanings. ALL THIS FOR ONLY .35cents a square foot ! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers that are not referred by a friend are made to feel at ease in every way . I don't try to talk people into anything they don't want or need. By being polite & listening to the customers concerns & addressing them is the best way to show that l want to be there & help you.
