- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary depending on projects and services. For a full interior design and decorating project in which we create layouts, design schemes, and act as purchasing agents for materials and furniture selected, we charge a $2,500 design agreement fee and a 30% procurement for all materials and furnishings purchases; however, if a full design project is not in your budget, we provide a service in which we create a design layout and scheme, including affordable furniture selections, in a package for $2,500 in which you can implement the design on your own based on our advise and selections.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a consultation is set, our lead decorator and designer will meet with the client to discuss desires for the (spaces) and services needed to complete the project. After a design agreement is signed by the client, the lead decorator and designer will draft design layouts, elevations (if needed), furniture and material selection, and other selections depending on the project and will present the layout and selections to the client, if the client approves of layout and selections, then the project will begin. Generally projects take between 8 to 12 weeks for material ordering, delivery, and project completion, depending on the project and services needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead designer, Joe Viterbo has a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Design Management with a minor in Sustainability from Arizona State University. Our lead decorator, Liana Viterbo has an Interior Decorator certification from Penn Foster and 25 years of experience as a General Contractor. Our general contractor, John Viterbo has been building custom homes, additions, and remodeling in the Fountain Hills/Rio Verde/Scottsdale areas for over the last 25 years.
