- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard day rate for punch-list projects: -$500 per day, which covers 8 working hours. -Hourly rates begin at $75 for the first hour followed by $65 for each additional hour (billed by the quarter hour). Any large project will be priced according to a quote provided to the customer upon in-home/office estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer first reaches out regarding a job, the first step is to discuss the scope of the job, and the desired time-frame of the project. If necessary, an in-home/office evaluation and estimate is then given. Once a contract has been signed, negotiated, the work is then completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in construction for 16 years, and have worked in many facets of the industry. Having a business degree has also helped to create and run our business efficiently.
