Odean was professional, honest , friendly and was willing to come late to address the issue . He was very experienced and spent the necessary time to troubleshoot the issue The initial charge of 99$ was misleading . It only included showing up during weekend hours. Troubleshooting hours before fixing was another charge that was not clearly communicated to me. I think it should have been communicated Company charges a lot more for parts .
