What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will do a free consult. If hired, there will be a $100 formal assessment fee. Each session after the assessment will be $50.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet with a new client there will be a brief free consultation to determine if the partnership will be a good fit. If so, then a formal assessment of the issues that will be addressed will occur and sessions will follow in order to address stated issues.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an MSW from Western Kentucky University and also hold a license as a Clinical Social Worker from the Commonwealth of Kentucky. I have also been involved with various aspects of fitness including strength and conditioning, combat sport training, as well as general nutrition for over a decade. I also hold a certification as Muay Thai kickboxing instructor.
