FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If your job requires approval from an insurance company, we can typically honor whatever estimate they have provided. Custom home improvements are individually priced.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will contact you by whatever means necessary to gather information about the project. We try to set up a date to meet with you and discuss your ideas, then give appropriate feedback and information to help you decide. If you agree to proceed with the idea, we draw up a written scope of work. Once the scope is agreed upon and signed, we then proceed with selection processes and scheduling. Sometimes we have a waiting period to begin actual construction, due to ongoing projects, and building dept. permitting process. Because of this we will never guarantee an actual start date, but rather a scheduled start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
16 years of construction management experience for a large residential building company. We utilize only the best specialized work force for your specific needs.
