Introduction: I have 25 years of experience in all aspects of immigration law. I am committed to upholding clients rights with regards to their immigration case. I provide a wide range of services on U.S. immigration law to help foreign nationals with family petitions, citizenship, temporary or permanent visa applications, deportation/removal proceedings and political asylum. I represent clients throughout the New York City Area, the USA and throughout the world in all aspects of U.S. Immigration Law. I am on call 7 days week, 24 hours day. Clients have access to me via phone, email or text. I have been representing clients in all areas of immigration law for over 25 years. Helping families reunite or remain together has been a very gratifying endeavor. My practice evolves around clients whether defending an individual against removal (deportation) in Immigration Court, or helping a U.S. citizen’s foreign spouse apply for permanent residence. I find each client to have an interesting story about their path to the USA. I understand that clients most have an attorney who they can trust because they are going through a major personal transition that will profoundly transform their lives and the lives of their families.
