- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing structure is based upon my experience and training, and offers options to meet the needs of my clients. I offer a range of 30 minute, 60 minute and 90 minute facial treatments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new client appointment begins with a thorough consultation, which includes health history, allergy review, past treatment history, as well as review of products used at home, with discussion of what the clients concerns are related to their skin as well as lifestyle. A skin analysis will be conducted, and with all of that information, I will work with the client to determine what course of action is best suited.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years experience in the skin care industry- in addition to operating my own successful skin care business I have also worked in several spa/salon settings, as well as have been an undergraduate instructor for a CA beauty school. I also take it upon myself to attend several seminars, trainings, and trade events each year to further my knowledge.
