Introduction: I am a former restaurant owner, instructor, and a classically trained chef/pastry chef with over 20 years of experience. I enjoy cooking for you, and with you, in your own home. If you're looking for a specialty cake, or a wedding cake, it would be my pleasure to make it for you. I believe in simplicity, and teaching techniques you can apply to a variety of dishes. For pastry work, we use whole ingredients, and can also experiment with ingredients needed for dietary restrictions.

I used Emilia Noullet's private chef services for a small dinner party at my home. She was very professional and personable throughout the evening. The dishes she prepared were wonderfully aromatic with complex flavors. We will not soon forget the incredible dessert!

Emilia has done a few events for us now, including, most importantly, our wedding. From the menu selection, to tasting, to color coordination, Emilia made our day perfect! with 200 hungry guests to feed, she did it with grace and style - just the way we wanted. She even prepared us "private plates" so my new husband and I could retreat for 20 minutes of quiet solitude and relaxation - something rare of the bride and groom on their big day. But I haven't mentioned the best part: THE CAKE! My husband and I are avid whitewater kayakers living the Colorado lifestyle to its fullest extent possible. Emilia designed a cake from scratch that was not only delicious, but a true work of art. I've attached a photo below, but trust me - it doesn't do it justice.

Emilia made the best ever, personalized wedding cake for our wedding. You have to see the pictures below, and understand that it was even more delicious than it is artistically amazing! I don't even like cake, but the cake itself was so rich and decadent, I couldn't stop. And the butter cream icing just melted in our mouths.... such an amazing surprise, that went far beyond our expectations

Emilia recently spent a Sunday afternoon with my grandson (age 12) and me, teaching us how to cook a fabulous Mexican dinner. She was extremely professional, great with my grandson, very personable -- and we both learned a lot. At the end, we had a fabulous dinner, with homemade guacamole and salsa, chili rellenos (stuffed with cheese, toasted almonds and dried cranberries -- yum!) -- and flan. The afternoon flew by and a wonderful time was had by all. I heartily recommend her!

AOS in culinary arts, and an advanced baking and pastry certificate from The Culinary Institute of America. Bachelor's in hospitality management and business administration from Eastern Illinois University. Former restaurant owner, caterer, wholesaler, and cooking instructor.
